ThriveWell
ThriveWell offers wellbeing support to help you navigate university life. Our wellbeing advisers provide confidential one-to-one sessions via booked appointments or drop-ins. We also facilitate events, wellbeing cafés and practical workshops covering topics like stress, low mood, anxiety, confidence, and healthy lifestyles. We’ll listen without judgement, give you tools to build resilience, and connect you with specialist services when needed.

Health Assured
Health Assured is a Student Assistance Programme designed to help you deal with personal or student-related problems. A confidential helpline is available 24/7 and you can also access the Wisdom app which contains a library of resources to improve your wellbeing.
