ThriveWell are a team of student wellbeing advisers who provide flexible, proactive and in-the-moment support for your wellbeing. Through one-on-one support, workshops, and outreach activities, we empower students to develop coping strategies, build resilience, and access appropriate support services.

What we do

ThriveWell are here to actively listen to your concerns and support you in a confidential and non-judgmental way.

Some of the things that we may be able to support you with include:

  • Low mood
  • Anxiety
  • Stress management
  • Transitioning to University
  • Low confidence/self-esteem
  • Loneliness
  • Homesickness
  • Bullying/harassment
  • Healthy lifestyles
  • Drugs and alcohol
  • Sexual health.

ThriveWell can help you to take proactive steps to improve your wellbeing, though, when necessary, will direct you towards more appropriate support, including counselling, therapy and crisis services.
