We are here to provide support related to any aspect of your life at University, including questions related to your programme and assessments. MySurrey Hive is your go-to place for advice, information and support on anything related to your Surrey experience – student life and academic. 

About the MySurrey Hives

Our MySurrey Hives are open 8am – midnight, 365 days a year as a study and social space. 

They are also your place to go for student life, programme and assessment support, including MySurrey Hive Manor Park which is based in the Manor Park Reception building and perfect for those who live or study on this campus. Find it on Google Maps.

What the MySurrey Hives are for

At MySurrey Hive, you can:

  • Speak to our friendly Hive Assistants for advice and support related to any aspect of your student life
  • Relax and catch up with friends
  • Find study space, booths and a kitchenette with fridge, microwave and filtered boiling water
  • Attend events and workshops
  • Meet specialist Student Support teams via appointments or drop-ins (see appointment booking page below).
Seasonal opening hours

Many of our facilities and services operate with reduced or altered opening times during semester breaks (such as Christmas and Easter), on Bank Holidays and during University closure periods.

MySurrey Hive Stag Hill and Manor Park opening times may be extended or reduced at certain points of the year, including during Welcome Week. We will share these hours here as we release them.

Our friendly Hive Assistants are on hand to help Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm, Saturdays 10am - 4pm.

The quickest way to get answers to your questions is to search MySurrey Help first. 

If you can't find the answers you need, you will find a link to Surrey Support where you can ask us questions and a member of our MySurrey Hive team will get back to you as soon as possible.
