Student feedback

It is important to us that we receive your feedback on a range of experiences that you have while studying here. There are several ways that you can give feedback, including surveys, through the Students’ Union and by talking to University staff.

Five ways to provide feedback

Providing your feedback helps us to work together to create the best possible study experience and student community at Surrey – both now and for the future.

We can’t promise that every piece of feedback will lead to change. Not every proposed change will work for all students. We have a responsibility to be fair to all and sometimes the requirements of other stakeholders, such as our professional statutory and regulatory bodies for our accredited degrees, will need to be considered.

However, we promise that we will always listen to you because this is your student experience and your voice that matters.

How your feedback has influenced change

The videos below show you some examples of how we have listened to your feedback and turned it into positive improvements to your student experience.
