Health Assured
Health Assured is a Student Assistance Program (SAP) designed to help you deal with personal or student-related problems. The problems could be affecting your home life, education, health, and general wellbeing.
Whatever issues you face in your student life - their confidential helpline is available 24/7, 365 days a year.

Safe Haven
The Safe Haven service in Guildford is open to anyone experiencing a mental health crisis and is open 6pm – 11pm, seven days a week, 365 days a year.
Safe Haven is located on Walnut Tree Close, just a few minutes' walk from the Stag Hill campus and Guildford town centre.
Safe Haven also offers virtual crisis support, between 6pm to 11pm daily.
Samaritans
Guildford Samaritans are open to anyone who quite simply wants to talk. They are available for both face-to-face and phone contact and offer a safe, non-threatening space to talk through your problems in complete confidence.
The Samaritans are based in Guildford town centre, close to the Guildford Cricket Club, and you can visit them between 12 noon – 9:30pm, seven days a week, with no appointment needed.

Mental Health Crisis Helpline
24-hour support for people in Surrey and North East Hampshire experiencing a mental health crisis, particularly those already under the care of an NHS community team.

MySurrey Hive
MySurrey Hive is your first stop for student life advice and support. The Hive team can help with worries and queries about finance, accommodation, careers and employment, transport and visa enquiries.
It is also a great space for study, meeting with University staff/mentors or relaxing with friends.
Please note: for any lost key issues, please contact Stag Hill Reception (located on the ground floor of Senate House), or MySurrey Hive Manor Park.
Centre for Wellbeing
If you find yourself feeling overwhelmed and unable to cope at any point, you can make an appointment to see a wellbeing adviser or counsellor at the Centre for Wellbeing, located on the east side of the Stag Hill campus.
The Centre is open Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm, excluding bank holidays and University closure days. Contact the Centre on +44 (0)1483 689498 or drop in during our opening hours.
