24/7 support from Health Assured
Health Assured is a free Student Assistance Programme that can support you with personal, emotional or student-related concerns. This could include problems affecting your studies, relationships, health, home life or general wellbeing.
Support is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
If you need mental health support when the Centre for Wellbeing is closed, call the free helpline: 0800 028 3766.
Your conversation with the counsellor or adviser will usually remain confidential. Information may only be shared if there is a serious concern about your safety or someone else’s safety. Wherever possible, the counsellor will discuss this with you first.
Health Assured may share anonymous information with the University about how the service is being used, but this will not identify you.
