The University is offering students access to the Adora app, which is supporting women through their menopause.

There are approximately 40 different symptoms of menopause and finding the right solutions and treatments can be time-consuming. To help with this process, Adora provides access to trusted health experts and advice to ensure that every woman is guided and supported through their unique menopause journey.
The app offers:

- Direct and confidential access to NHS gynaecologists and women’s health specialists
- An interactive, easy-to-use symptom tracker and menopause toolkit - tracking your symptoms will enable you to find out what strategies work for you
- Lifestyle tips, video-guided exercises, and the latest news - in all areas, from gut health, nutrition, and fitness, to sex, libido, and pelvic health
- Regular live events with top women’s health experts.

To get started with Adora, just follow these steps:
