Sometimes things break, therefore we need your help to ensure that it's in top condition for everyone. If while on campus, you see any faults that need reporting such as a broken toilet or out-of-order lifts, please let us know.
Tips for logging faults
- Make sure you are logged in to the University's wi-fi (or Global Protect if logging your request remotely).
If you are reporting an issue in your halls, please be aware:
- By creating a work request you will automatically give the Estates and Facilities team permission to enter your room to fix your fault.
- You will not need to be present when they attend.
