Maintenance

Sometimes things break, therefore we need your help to ensure that it's in top condition for everyone. If while on campus, you see any faults that need reporting such as a broken toilet or out-of-order lifts, please let us know.

Tips for logging faults

  • Make sure you are logged in to the University's wi-fi (or Global Protect if logging your request remotely).

If you are reporting an issue in your halls, please be aware:

  • By creating a work request you will automatically give the Estates and Facilities team permission to enter your room to fix your fault.
  • You will not need to be present when they attend.
