Conditions of Residence

Students living in University accommodation are licensees. Your licence is granted because of your intention to follow a full-time course of study at the University. If you cease to follow a full-time course of study at the University you will be required to leave your residence.

When you accept your accommodation, you agree to abide by the Conditions of Residence, as set out in the Residents' Guide (PDF). They are the rules and policies of residence and are an important part of your licence agreement. 

The University reserves the right to introduce such changes to the Conditions of Residence as may be necessary or desirable.
