MySurrey Hive is your go-to place for advice, information and support on anything related to your Surrey experience – student life and academic. 

We are here to provide support related to any aspect of your life at University, including student life, programme and assessment support.

You can find us on both the Stag Hill and Manor Park campuses, meaning you can drop in no matter where you live or study.

What the MySurrey Hives are for

At MySurrey Hive, you can:

  • Speak to our friendly Hive Assistants for advice and support related to any aspect of your student life
  • Relax and catch up with friends
  • Find study space, booths and a kitchenette with fridge, microwave and filtered boiling water
  • Attend events and workshops
  • Meet specialist Student Support teams via appointments or drop-ins (see appointment booking page below).

How to find support

The quickest way to get answers to your questions is to search MySurrey Help first. 

If you can't find the answers you need, you will find a link to Surrey Support where you can ask us questions and a member of our MySurrey Hive team will get back to you as soon as possible.

MySurrey Hive: Stag Hill

Our Hive Assistants are here Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm. Study space is available from 8am – midnight

MySurrey Hive: Manor Park

Our Hive Assistants are here Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5pm, Saturdays 10am - 4pm. Study space is available 24 hours a day.

Seasonal opening hours and upcoming closures

MySurrey Hive Stag Hill and Manor Park opening times may be extended or reduced at certain points of the year, including during Welcome Week. We will share these hours here as we release them.

Both spaces will remain open for studying/socialising as normal, or for pre-booked appointments.

Wednesday 24 December

The front desk, phone lines and live chat will be closing at 3pm. We will reopen as normal on Monday 5 January.

Wednesday 24 December

Phone lines and live chat will be available until 1pm. The front desk will be available until 3pm. We will reopen as normal on Monday 5 January.
