Come on down and hide away with us in The Hideout; we're here when you need a break or a place to study fuelled by Chimney Fire speciality coffee.
Opening hours
The Hideout is open Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm - term-time.
It is also temporarily open 3 - 9pm during the summer for evening drinks whilst we launch our brand new JD Wetherspoons pub on campus.
Opening hours may vary during semester breaks and closures.
What we offer
The Hideout is a great place to meet, relax and enjoy quality artisan coffee from Chimney Fire Coffee. Our team of staff are guaranteed to give you a warm welcome, and make you a fantastic coffee, whether yours is a oat milk decaf latte or a black americano.
The Hideout offers made-to-order bagels, fresh baguettes, and filled warm croissants, all filled in store. Fillings include mozzarella pesto chicken, hummus and avocado, along with daily specials.
We are proud to have achieved our goal of being plastic free, so find canned water, glass bottles and bagels and baguettes wrapped in greaseproof paper.
