This year’s #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek theme is “community”.
The academic year’s final stretch often brings stress, exam pressures and long hours studying. That's where leaning on your community can make a difference. Communities can provide us with a sense of belonging, safety, support in hard times, and give us purpose. We’re encouraging you to get out and connect with friends, family and others in the Surrey community.
People who are socially connected are happier, physically healthier and have fewer mental health problems.
