World Mental Health Day 2025 reminds us that constant exposure to difficult news can impact our wellbeing. Morning Boost offers a simple but meaningful pause. We hope to help students step back from overwhelm and feel more balanced and supported.

At Morning Boost, you’ll not only be able to enjoy some free breakfast treats, but also hear about our Managing Low Mood workshop and explore support available on campus to help you take care of your mental wellbeing.
