If you are using MySurrey Engagement and you spot something wrong in your student profile:
ensure your personal information is up-to-date on Surrey Self-Service
speak to MySurrey Hive if it is still incorrect
If you have issues with accessing the platform, or something is technically wrong please contact the IT Services helpdesk.
If you believe you have engaged much more that your dashboard is showing, we suggest in the first instance that you speak to your personal tutor or your student success coach.
