Unfortunately, it is not currently possible to backdate or add in missed attendance dates in the MySurrey Engagement platform.
You do not need to worry if your attendance fails to log occasionally. The attendance data is used by your Personal Tutor to observe trends and opportunities to support you if it is continuously hard to engage with your studies.
Although the University monitors and reports on attendance data, we are aware that there are times when systems or processes do not work as expected.
If you are concerned about your attendance data, you can talk with your personal tutor about missed dates and they will check to make sure you have everything you need to succeed academically and any support you may require.
