Online induction
We understand that starting your Surrey journey is a significant life change. It’s a time filled with excitement and anticipation, but also with questions and uncertainties. That’s why we’ve created an online induction module to help you prepare and feel confident.
Take the induction and you will:
- Get a preview of campus life from our current students
- Take a virtual campus tour to explore our study and social spaces
- Navigate the move from school/college to university with helpful guidance and advice
- Sharpen your academic skills ready to hit lectures from week 1
- Set yourself up for success by completing essential training that helps you feel part of our community from day one.
Our online induction is hosted on SurreyLearn, where you will find all your learning resources when you start teaching.
Please note: the induction is for new foundation and undergraduate students only.
Before you dive in, ensure you have access to your IT account.
You will be able to access your IT account 48 hours after completing your online registration. You will be able to use your IT login details to access the induction module. If you cannot log into your account please wait a couple of days before trying again.
