Surrey Self-Service
Surrey Self-Service is one of the most important online tools that you will use throughout your studies.
There are many things that you would use Surrey Self-Service for as a student including:
Track your application to the University
Complete your online registration before you start your programme.
Complete your online re-registration ahead of the start of each academic year.
Provide the University with your most up-to-date contact details, including home and term-time address, phone number and email address.
View your latest assessment results
Apply for extenuating circumstances
Request various official letters, alongside those that are available on Surrey Support.
Please make sure you are using your University username only to sign in. For example, ab12345 not ab12345@surrey.ac.uk. The password is the same as the one used for your email, timetable, SurreyLearn and other systems.
Self-Service maintenance and downtime
We perform regular upgrades to Surrey Self-Service, which involves downtime when it will be unavailable for a short period.
We always communicate these downtime periods in advance where possible.
Please ensure you plan ahead when wanting to use Surrey Self-Service with upcoming maintenance periods in mind.
