The University of Surrey is proud of its four-year partnership with Phyllis Tuckwell. Donation points across both campuses have raised a total of over £32,000 for the local hospice charity.
This is the first time Phyllis Tuckwell has hosted a pop-up shop on campus. Money raised from the shop will go straight back to supporting the charity’s work in providing palliative care for those living with cancer or other terminal illnesses.
Our work with Phyllis Tuckwell is a part of the University’s ambition to embed the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals into everything we do. This partnership in particular tackles SDG12 ‘responsible consumption and production’ and SDG17 ‘partnership for the goals’.
