If you have lost your campus card and want to check if it has been handed in, you can visit either of the MySurrey Hive help desks and they will check for you. Or you can contact the MySurrey Hive team via Surrey Support.

 

If you can come into the Library, you can make a temporary pass each day on the self-service machine next to the Library Welcome Desk, Level 1. Just sign in with your IT username and password and a paper pass will print out (you are not able to issue books or laptops with this temporary pass).

 

If you have an exam and do not have your campus card you can print an exam ID confirmation slip.

 

If your card is not found, you can request a replacement campus card free of charge by completing the campus card request form (you will need to upload a photo). You will then be emailed when the campus card is ready for collection from the Library Welcome Desk, Level 1. Any access to buildings or rooms on campus will automatically update overnight on the day the new card is made.
