Focused on supporting students during the assessment period, the session will include a short introduction to mindfulness, followed by a guided breathing/grounding exercise and some practical techniques you can use to manage stress and anxiety around exams.

Chris will also share a guided YouTube video during the session so that you can go through it together, making it easy to follow along.

This session is interactive but also accessible for anyone who may just want to listen in and relax.
