We have Amazon lockers across our campuses which are available at all hours of the day and night, as well as a Post Office for all your general post needs.

Amazon Lockers

Amazon Locker offers daily deliveries, seven days a week - that's 24 hours a day on campus for you to collect or return your Amazon goods. We have lockers scattered across our campuses so you can collect or return your Amazon order at any time and at any locker that's convenient for you.

Deliveries from couriers

If you are living in our student accommodation, our Central Distribution Centre is where your post from a courier will be delivered, except for Royal Mail who will deliver to your court reception.

Central Distribution Centre location

Central Distribution is located on the west side of campus close to the Guildford School of Acting (GSA) building and Twyford Court accommodation. 

Please follow the green pedestrian pathway and go into Central Distribution reception for all your post enquiries. Do not go through the double gates into the yard area for your own safety.

Students living on Stag Hill can collect all parcels and letters from Central Distribution.

  • Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.
Manor Park

The post and parcels service at the Manor Park Reception building (outside MySurrey Hive Manor Park and Manor Park Social) is for students living on Manor Park to collect all types of parcels and letters.

All mail should be addressed with your full name, block letter, room number, flat number, road name, Manor Park Student Village, Guildford GU2 7YW.

The opening hours for students to collect post and parcels from Manor Park Reception are:

  • Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
  • Saturday 9am to 4:30pm.
Hazel Farm

All mail should be addressed with your full name, room number, house number, road name, Worplesdon, Guildford, and the relevant postcode for your road:

  • Hamilton Drive – GU2 9PL

  • Oregano Way – GU2 9YT

All mail items are delivered directly to Hazel Farm halls.

Bellerby Court

All mail should have your full name, room, flat number, house name and Rosalind Franklin Close, Guildford GU2 7XR. Mail and parcels are delivered directly to your house.

Post Office

Our on-site Post Office, which is located on the ground floor of the Learning Resource Centre within the Co-op shop is temporarily closed. 

For general postal services such as travel insurance, foreign currency, National Express tickets and Parcelforce Express services, the nearest Post Office is at WH Smith on Guildford High Street.

  • Monday to Saturday: 8:30am - 6pm
  • Sunday: 11am - 3pm

General information

Please do not use the University postcode (GU2 7XH) for personal mail. Please note that we’re not able to accept delivery of perishable goods (such as fruit or vegetables).

No mail or parcels are delivered to the University on weekends, public holidays and University closure days. On these days you can arrange to collect or return goods using Amazon lockers.

The University only accepts mail for current residents. After you leave University accommodation, any uncollected mail will be returned to sender (where possible) by Royal Mail. When leaving university accommodation, you can set up a mail redirection to a new address.
