At certain points in the year On-Line Mark Viewing (OLMV) is not available, because of processes being undertaken by the Academic Administration team. Marks may also be unavailable because academics have not finished marking. You will be told via email when OLMV is going to be unavailable.
Final year students typically receive their end of year results and award outcome ahead of other students and will receive an email containing their results and a link to their HEAR. However they will not be able to view their results on Surrey Self-Service until general mark release has taken place.
If you are a final year student and have not received your results or are still unable to see them after general mark release, please check if you owe any money to the University. You will be unable to view your marks or receive your award if you have outstanding tuition or accommodation fees. Please see more information on Paying your fees. Once you have paid your fees the relevant team will be notified so they can process your award. Please note, it can take a week or two following payment of fees, before you will be able to view your results and final award.
If you believe marks should be available for you to view but you cannot see yours, and you are not a final year student who has fees owing to the university, please submit an enquiry via Surrey Support, selecting MySurrey Hive and then "My Course" as your enquiry topic.
