The first step could be to access some of the online tools and webpages offering advice and guidance. You can discover ways to quit and what to expect when you quit smoking via the NHS Better Health website

Alternatively, you may wish to seek support from One You Surrey, a free service available to those working and studying in Surrey. If at anytime you feel you would benefit from emotional or mental health support, you make an appointment to see a mental health practitioner or counsellor at the Centre for Wellbeing.

All services are free, but you may be required to pay for prescriptions if you need them.
