Once your parking permit application is approved, you are allowed one permit type change per year. Please note that the process involves actions from two departments.

Firstly, please send an email to the Parking Permit team to request the change to your permit.

Then contact the Evology Payment team to update the details in your payment account. This includes arranging any refunds that may be due.

For a smooth process, ensure you provide all relevant details in both emails.
