If you have parked on campus and a payment attempt fails, you will be notified via email over 3 consecutive days — these may fall over a weekend. These emails are sent once per day. Drivers are not notified when funds are low. Therefore you should make sure that you check your balance regularly. If unresolved in 3 days, a penalty charge notice (PCN) will be issued. Each email will clearly inform you of the failed payment and provide instructions for rectification.
