Multi-factor authentication (MFA) requires a second device to authenticate your login. If you do not want to use your phone, or do not have one, then you can download the Microsoft Authenticator app onto a tablet to enable MFA set up.
We recommend using the Microsoft Authenticator app if you travel or need to access your Surrey account while out of the country.
If you are still unable to use MFA, please contact the IT Service Desk.
