If you are an undergraduate student moving onto the next year of your programme or a new student joining in September you can expect to receive your first tuition fee invoice by email (invoices will be sent to your university e-mail address) during October/November. Please do not make a payment until you have received your invoice.

You then have the option to pay in full or in two separate instalments:

  • 50% payable ten days after the invoice date (expected to be during October to November of Semester 1)

  • 50% on or before 31 January of the same academic year

You can view all tuition fee payment schedules from our Payment schedules page. You can view our instructions on how to pay.

Students on part-time programmes where fees are paid on a modular basis cannot pay fees by instalment.

Please note, if you are an undergraduate student in receipt of a Student Finance England (SFE) loan, you will not receive a tuition fee invoice or process any payments with us. Your tuition fees will be paid to us directly by SFE.

If you are an international student who is sponsored by your Government or sponsoring agency, you are responsible for ensuring that the University receives the correct sponsorship letter.
