Wired internet connections, Wi-Fi, ResNet and GlobalProtect may all experience outages during the below periods to allow us to perform necessary maintenance and upgrades.

What this means for students
If you are using University internet services during these periods you may experience frequent loss of network connectivity or need to reconnect to services.
We are sorry for any disruption this may cause and we thank you for your cooperation during this time.
Advice to students
Please save work regularly, particularly if you are using University systems, shared files or services that require the VPN.
Where possible, please avoid planning important work that depends on network connectivity during this weekend.

You can check the status of all your IT services across the University by visiting the IT service status site. Please check this to see if a system is down before you contact the IT Service Desk to report an issue.
