You will be sent an account activation email during your first semester at the university and this will contain details of how to set up your GradIntelligence account. If you have misplaced this or did not receive one, please contact HEAR@surrey.ac.uk and they can resend your account activation email.
Once your account has been activated you can log into your Gradintel account. Go to “University Services” and use the “My Hear” tab to access your HEAR transcript once it is available.
