Additional tickets
A guide for how to request additional guest tickets and when you will be informed about the outcome of your application.
All graduands are guaranteed up to two guest tickets. Additional tickets may be requested when making your guaranteed ticket bookings online and will be made available to order subject to availability.
Get added to the waiting list
In order to be added to the waiting list for additional tickets, please indicate how many additional tickets you would like to be considered for when making your booking. There is a limit on the number of additional tickets you may request.
To check how many additional tickets you requested, please visit the Ede and Ravenscroft website where you made your original booking.
Additional ticket allocation
The availability of additional tickets is dependent on uptake and the capacity of the venue. We always do our best to accommodate as many guests as possible, but the ceremony venue does have limited seating, so once the seats are booked, we cannot accommodate any more.
Spare tickets will be evenly allocated to those on the waiting list once ticket bookings have closed. You will be notified via email of the outcome of our application on the dates below:
- April 2026 ceremonies: week commencing 9 March 2026. Additional tickets must be booked by 20 March.
- July 2026 ceremonies: week commending 8 June 2026. Additional tickets must be booked by 19 June.
If we cannot offer you any or some of your additional tickets, we will keep you on the waiting list as we may be able to release further tickets through cancellations. We may also be able to offer you tickets for our live stream venue on campus instead (subject to availability).
