When Michael moves into a crumbling old house with his family, everything feels uncertain, especially with his newborn sister gravely ill. But in the dusty garage, among the spiders and silence, he discovers something…or someone.

Part man, part creature, with wings folded like secrets, Skellig changes Michael’s world in ways he never imagined. As Michael befriends the fiercely curious Mina, they embark on a journey of wonder, healing, and the quiet power of connection.

Based on the award-winning novel by David Almond, Skellig is a tender, mysterious story about finding light in the darkest places – a play for anyone who’s ever believed in something extraordinary.

An unearthly coming-of-age adventure for young people and adults alike.

This live production features BA Acting final year students in collaboration with BA Theatre Production and MA Stage Management.
