Reminder: exam adjustments deadlines for January exams
The deadline to have had exam adjustments agreed to and implemented for the January exam period is Monday 23 November 2026 at 11.59pm (UK time).

How do I request exam adjustments?
Exam adjustments can be made through our adjustments system, Symplicity Access.
You can complete the process entirely online through the portal, but support is available from the Disability and Neuroinclusion team if you'd prefer to talk things through.
How do I access the Symplicity Access portal?
Symplicity Access is linked to your Surrey email address so as long as you have access to this, logging in is easy via the link.
When you log into Symplicity, you will see links to guidance videos and PDF documents, guiding you through the system in easy-to-follow chunks.
Help and support available
What if I am having difficulties accessing or navigating the system, or submitting my request?
Email disability@surrey.ac.uk. A member of the D&N Development team will be in touch and may be able to resolve the issue via email.
They can also offer 1:1 virtual and in-person appointments to help solve technical issues such as difficulty logging in, difficulties uploading evidence, or if you have a question around which form you need to complete.
What if I am having trouble acquiring evidence before the deadline?
Email disability@surrey.ac.uk and an Adviser will be in touch to discuss your options.
