Please see below for upcoming MySurrey Hive front desk, phone and live chat closures across November and December 2025.

Both spaces will also remain open for study, socialising and pre-book appointments as normal.

Monday 10 November

  • MySurrey Hive Stag Hill front desk: CLOSED from 1:00pm
  • Phone lines/live chat: CLOSED from 1.45pm
  • MySurrey Hive Manor Park front desk: open for key and accommodation related queries only
  • Both spaces will remain open for studying/socialising as normal, or for pre-booked appointments

Thursday 11 December

  • MySurrey Hive Stag Hill front desk: CLOSED all day
  • Phone lines/live chat: CLOSED all day
  • MySurrey Hive Manor Park front desk: open for key and accommodation related queries only
