The "59-Ways to Wellbeing" calendar*, co-created with Psychology BSc students Molly Pike, Renee Howell, and Daniela Abreu De Sa, is your guide to navigating the uncertainties of university life while strengthening both personal resilience and academic skills.
Tailored for October and February—months when students often need extra support—this advent style calendar offers daily mini-challenges and activities grounded in positive psychology. Each evidence-based suggestion is designed to be quick and easy to incorporate into your daily routine. To keep you focused on the present, you can only access each day's tip when that day arrives—no skipping ahead!
