OPC Assessment is a psychometric test publisher based in the UK. We are currently gathering test data for one of our newer psychometric tools which will be used by many of our clients to assess and recruit their employees including graduates like yourselves.
We would like to invite you to attend our online workshop on psychometric testing and to participate in sitting a real online psychometric test. This is a perfect opportunity for you to:
- Get some experience of psychometric testing.
- Get some practice and prepare for an actual full-length test. Research has shown that practice helps to improve the chances of performing well.
- Receive feedback from a Business Psychologist on your performance. This will help you understand how much you may need to improve
If interested, you can complete a real Trainability Test and receive feedback on your performance from a Business Psychologist. Trainability tests are commonly used in graduate recruitment to understand your ability to learn and apply new rules and information.

Your Data
As part of our psychometric workshop, we will request that your university send us your First Name, Last Name and Email address. The reason we need this information is to allow us to send you a link to complete the online test and to send you feedback on your performance on the test. We do not use these details for any other purposes, you will receive no further emails from us other than your test invite and feedback. Your details will not be passed on to any third parties.
During the workshop, we will ask you to complete a short questionnaire asking about your previous educational grades (e.g. A Level, GCSE grades or equivalent). We will use these details for research purposes only to understand whether there is a link between performance on our trainability test and other assessments. This data will be collected anonymously by asking you to enter a unique code as opposed to your name or other personal details.
All data is kept confidential and stored securely to be used only for test development purposes.
