BXM is the largest school expedition provider in the UK, delivering over 500 Duke of Edinburgh’s Award expeditions each year. We work with experienced outdoor professionals and proudly train and develop new instructors every year, the BXM way.
We are currently recruiting Freelance Expedition Instructors for our 2027 season.
Come and speak to us at our pop up stand outside MySurrey Hive to hear about the roles we have for you.
The roles would be suitable for students who enjoy the outdoors and working with young people, and would be interested in flexible work that fits around their studies. We offer a competitive day rate, support and training towards technical qualifications, and the opportunity to work in beautiful outdoor locations across the UK.
