More information about the ADHD Peer Support Group:

The ADHD Peer Support Group is a welcoming, non-clinical space for students to connect, share experiences and explore practical strategies together. You do not need a diagnosis to attend — this is a welcoming and inclusive community for students with ADHD, those seeking a diagnosis, exploring ADHD, or simply interested in ADHD and neuroaffirmative support.

Each session focuses on a different theme, such as time management, procrastination, people-pleasing, friendships, productivity and confidence. Sessions are semi-structured, with discussion prompts, practical tips and opportunities for peer support. You can attend one session or come along regularly — there is no need to commit to every session.

The group takes a strengths-based approach, helping you recognise what you already do well, learn from each other, and build a personal toolbox of strategies that works for you.

Places are allocated on a first come, first served basis.
