Progressing your dissertation: Writing tips
Are you due to submit your dissertation or final year project in May or June? Looking for guidance and support as you progress through those final stages of your dissertation journey?
The Academic Skills and Development and Maths and Statistics Advice teams will be running a programme of informative and practical sessions to help you successfully complete your project.
This session will explore writing considerations for the later stages of your dissertation write up, highlighting how you can demonstrate critical thinking and your own ‘voice’ within your work. The importance of linking and making your dissertation coherent using techniques such as signposting, cohesive devices and presentation of your results will be touched on too.
