- You have fines totalling £30 or more
- You have an overdue reserved item on loan (the block will automatically be removed on return of the overdue item)
- You have been issued with a replacement charge for a lost or damaged book or item of equipment (Library Laptop, Logitech Webcam or noise cancelling headphones).
You will be unable to issue or renew library items, collect requested books, or submit a request for inter-library loan items when your account is blocked.
If you need help, please send your questions to the Library team via Surrey Support, or in person at the Library Welcome desk (Level 1).
