When you delete a file, it goes into the recycle bin for 30 days.
IT can recover it for a further 15 days. If you need help, please contact the IT Service Desk on 01483 689898, use live chat via the IT pages on MySurrey, visit us in person at the Library, or send us a message via Surrey Support.
Also, you can access previous versions of a document up to 30 days too. This is done by clicking on the three dots to right of the file name and selecting "version history". You can then select the one you need.
