If you are masters student and you need a letter confirming you have finished your studies, please contact the MySurrey Hive team via Surrey Support to request a Confirmation of Submission letter. Please include your full name and URN within your message to help the team assist you as quickly as possible. The Confirmation of Submission letter can only be issued once your official course end date has been reached. If you need to check your course end date, you can do this yourself by generating a Confirmation of Registration letter. This will confirm your course end date and therefore the earliest date from which you can request a Confirmation of Submission letter.

Please note that the university does not provide a completion of studies letter. We cannot confirm that you have completed your studies until your final grades have been confirmed and you have passed all of your modules.
