If you have completed your Application for Disabled Students’ Allowance (DSA1) form then you can bring it along to one of our drop-ins:
Stag Hill – Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays 2pm – 4pm at The Hive, Stag Hill
Manor Park – Tuesdays, Wednesdays 2pm – 4pm at The Hive, Manor Park
You can also submit it to My Surrey Hive via Surrey Support, selecting "Disability and Neuroinclusion" as your enquiry topic. A member of the team will check your form and your details and stamp and complete Section 5 for you to send off to the DSA.
