If you need to live on campus or require a specific type of room or accommodation adjustment due to a disability or medical condition, you should first of all complete our Register and Request Support form (if you have not already done so). If you have already done this but have additional requirements to add or to change, you can submit an Additional Request, selecting Accommodation as the adjustment type. Please do this as early as possible.

You will need to provide supporting evidence that demonstrates a clear requirement for campus accommodation and, where requested, a specific type of room and/or accommodation adjustment.
Disability & Neuroinclusion will review your request and evidence to decide whether it can be supported.
If supported, the Accommodation team will allocate rooms in line with their accommodation allocation policy.
Specific room types, locations, or adjustments cannot always be guaranteed.
