If you are not regularly based on campus, the Library offers a 'Click and Post' and 'Click and Collect' service.
You can find your items on SurreySearch and request the required items. To ensure a fair service for all there is a maximum limit of six requests per person.
A member of the Library team will be in touch if we have any questions, otherwise you can expect your item to be processed within two working days and then you'll be able to come to collect your items from the Library (or have them posted out to you). If you’re unable to come to campus you may opt to receive items via post instead.
If you need help, please send your questions to the Library team via Surrey Support, or in person at the Library Welcome desk (Level 1).
