Our Chaplains can sign off Extenuating Circumstances letters around recent bereavements. Our Chaplains can work with Personal Tutors and Departments to ensure space is given to you when there is a bereavement, and that you can take timeout to fulfil religious obligations related to death of a close family member or friend. Many religions have strict rules on this. The University acknowledges it is best to work with Religious Life and Belief Centre on this area.

For support please contact the MySurrey Hive team via Surrey Support.
