The University offers a wide range of fitness and wellbeing classes that students can get involved with.
You can sign up for a class at the Surrey Sports Park.
Surrey Sports Park:
- Shake classes: Zumba and Step and Tone
- Shapes classes: bodypump, legs, bums and tums, total body conditioning and strength
- Cycle classes: coach by colour, Freestyle and Vibe
- Sweat classes: Bodyattack, strike, synrgy, and Hybrid
- Aqua classes: Aquafit, aqua zumba, swimfit sessions
- Stretch classes: Body balance, pilates, power yoga, pure stretch, vinyasa yoga, yoga.
