The process for obtaining a proof of address letter is simple. You can generate this yourself using the University Letters page on Surrey Support, but you will need to follow the prompts to request a bank letter. The bank letter will show your home and term-time address as well as confirming your student status at the University of Surrey. Once you have requested this, a copy of the letter will be emailed to you and you will be able to print a copy of this.
If you are a former student you will not be able to generate this online and you will need to contact the Accommodation Team by email to request this.
