What is Destination Success?
For many graduates, securing their first role can be challenging. Good grades are important, but employers are also seeking individuals who can adapt, collaborate, and network well. Destination Success aims to bridge that gap by focusing on core skills such as teamwork, communication, resilience, and problem-solving.
The Destination Success programme has three modules with two workshops in each module. You can book onto one or more of these workshops in Semester 2, each focusing on different aspects of personal and professional development.
