Phishing email requesting fee payment
The University is aware of a recent phishing attempt asking students to pay tuition fees directly to a bank account via email.

Please do not take any action suggested in this email. Do not pay any fees to the details listed in the email.
Please only ever pay outstanding fees using the methods advised on the University website.
We are currently investigating the source of the email and taking action as appropriate to protect our community.
Action to take
Please report this email as phishing using the "Report Phish" button in Outlook.
What to do if you have made a payment using the details in the email
Firstly, remain calm. We are here to help.
If you have completed a payment, or are concerned about any other action you've taken from the email, please contact MySurrey Hive as soon as possible.
