Hillside Food Court to open in evenings with dinner meal deals and more!
We’re bringing the Wates House vibe to Hillside Food Court from Monday 5 January, with extended opening hours, a chicken feast AND a bottle bar!

With Wates House closing for a refurb, we wanted to make sure you still had a place to go for evening food and drink, so we are pleased to reveal our new Hillside offering to kick off 2026.
Extended opening hours
Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 11pm
Breakfast (8:30am – 11am)
Grab a 5-item cooked breakfast and a FREE filter coffee for just £2.50!
Lunch (11:30am – 2:30pm)
Enjoy the usual Hillside Food Court selection you know and love, including £2.50 meals, the Mac & Cheese, Fresh Salad and Chippy bars alongside even more specials and deals.
Dinner (5 – 8pm)

Delicious sides such as skin-on fries, BBQ beans and house slaw
A selection of sauces from a cool classic ranch through to Frank’s Hot Sauce and everything in between.

Bottle bar (3 – 11pm)
We are transforming Hillside Lounge into a cozy, comfortable space with a great selection of bottled beverages. Perfect for post-exam celebrations, or simply to hang out with friends.
